Return policy

1. General conditions
This return policy applies to all purchases made through Essensia AB 559347-3225 hereinafter referred to as ToiLaToi's official website.

2. Right of withdrawal
Customers have the right to return unused goods within 14 days from the date they received the product. For a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original condition and with all associated labels and packaging intact.

3. Exceptions to the right of return
- Items that have been customized, such as clothing that has been adjusted or personalized, cannot be returned.
- Goods which for hygienic reasons cannot be returned (for example underwear) if the packaging has been broken.
- Items on sale or on final sale are not accepted for return.

4. Process for returns
To initiate a return, the customer must first contact our customer service via info@toilatoi.store and state the order number and reason for the return. Our customer service will then provide instructions on how to complete the return.

5. Costs of return
Unless a product is faulty or damaged on delivery back to Toi La Toi, the customer will bear all costs associated with return shipping.

6. Refund
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, a refund will be processed within 14 business days. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for purchase, minus any shipping and handling fees.

7. Damaged or incorrect goods
If an item arrives damaged or a fault occurs due to our negligence, please contact customer service immediately upon receipt. In these cases, an individual assessment is made regarding replacement of the product or refund. The product must be returned to Toi La Toi regardless of damage.

8. Liability
ToiLaToi is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. It is recommended that the customer uses a trackable delivery service and if possible insures the return shipment.
